Pilates - Yoga - Contemporary movement
We protect the integrity of the method of Joseph H. Pilates by adopting the classical, systematic and integrative approach in each Pilates session. Our clients will follow a sequence of exercises advancing from one movement to the next on all pieces of apparatus. Through stabilization, control, concentration, flow, breath and precision we will built together an energized, flexible, pain free and strong body.
